Our standard check-in time is from 14:00 and the standard check-out time is by 12:00.

Check-in prior to the standard check-in time is not guaranteed. An extra one night room fee will be charged for guaranteed check-in before 12:00.

If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 50% of the on-day room rate will be charged for the extension before 18:00, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 18:00. Advance reservation is required. On-day late check-out request will be subject to room situation and an additional fee will be charged based on the latest room rate. Please contact us for details.

Guests must be aged over 18 with photo identification to check in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay. 

The hotel has been 100% Smoke-Free since 2020. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas. The hotel will charge an additional fee of HK$2,000 for cleaning where the ban is disregarded in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition. A Designated Smoking Area is provided outside the building. Please ask our Front Desk staff for the location of our Designated Smoking Area.

We have accessible Superior Rooms with wheelchair access and barrier-free facilities. Please contact us for details prior to booking.

Each family room can accommodate up to five guests subject to the room type you booked. We have five types of family rooms for your selection. Please click here for details. 

A maximum of one child aged below 12 can stay at no additional fee using existing bedding provided in a room, while up to two children aged below 12 can stay for free when sharing a room with up to two adults in a family room. However, an additional charge will be applied for meals.

Connecting rooms are only applicable to Superior Room and Deluxe Room with twin beds. Please contact us for details.

You can request an extra bed and that is chargeable at HK$400 per room per night before the service charge. The price is subject to change without prior notice. Please contact us for details.

Baby cot that is suitable for infants aged below three is free. And we provide an array of kid-friendly amenities to make our youngest guests feel welcome. Click here for more details. Advance request is required and is subject to availability. Please contact us for further arrangement.

We provide two types of mattresses, soft mattress and hard mattress. If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us for prior arrangements.

Rooms on designated floors including all Premier Rooms and Suites have an iron and ironing board. For the rest of the room categories, they will be provided upon request, please contact our Housekeeping team during the stay.

All of our rooms are equipped with British Standard 13A socket outlets with USB ports. Travelling adaptors are not available in accordance with the safety requirements.
