Getting to Grand Park Otaru by Trains

  • From New Chitose Airport: 65 minutes express train ride from New Chitose Airport
  • Form Sappro: 25 minutes express train ride from JR Sapporo Station
  • From Otaru: 6 minutes train ride from JR Otaru Station

The above times all indicate the duration to the nearest station, JR Otaru Chikko. From JR Otaru Chikko Station, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. 

 

From Otaru Chikko Station

■ Daytime Access (During Wing Bay Otaru hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

Exit Otaru Chikko Station and turn right towards "Station North Square (North Exit)". Turn left and enter "Wing Bay Otaru," and proceed along the path. This is a barrier-free route that allows entry to the hotel through the second-floor entrance without using stairs.

* There are several signposts directing you to Grand Park Otaru along the way.

Note: Wing Bay Otaru's opereting hours may change, and some establishmenta may have different operating hours.

■ Nighttime Access (Outside Wing Bay Otaru hours: 8:00 PM - 10:00 AM)

Exit Otaru Chikko Station and turn right towards "Station North Square (North Exit)". Turn left towards the building of "Wing Bay Otaru," which is closed at night. Descend the stairs on the left side and continue straight along the outside pavement, keeping "Wing Bay Otaru" on your right until you reach the main entrance of Grand Park Otaru on the first floor.

■ For Guests with Difficulty Using Stairs

There is one route along the way from Otaru Chikko Station to Grand Park Otaru where an elevator is available. If you have large luggage or any other reason that makes using stairs difficult, please keep the following points in mind:

  • There are no signposts indicating the route using elevators due to regulatory compliance.
  • The route involves crossing a roadway without traffic signals, so please exercise caution when crossing.
  • Be careful of potential slips and falls due to icy surfaces in winter.

Getting to Grand Park Otaru by Cars

  • From New Chitose Airport: 60 minutes' drive via Douou and Sasson Expressway and 3 minutes' drive from the Otaru Interchange Exit.
  • Form Sappro: 30 minutes' drive via Sasson Expressway and 3 minutes' drive from the Otaru Interchange Exit.
  • From Otaru Downtown: 8 minutes' drive from JR Otaru Station

 

Hotel Parking

The hotel offers dedicated parking in the underground basement. Please be aware that parking spaces are limited.

 

■Hotel Overnight Guests:
Please present the parking ticket issued upon entry at the front desk during check-in to pay for your parking fee. The paid parking ticket can be used as a pass for unlimited in-and-out access during your stay. When returning from your outing, please insert your parking ticket into the Commuter Pass Slot.

Parking Fee: JPY1,650 per night per vehicle

 

■Guest using the banquet hall, hotel restaurants, or shopping in the hotel:
Please present the parking ticket issued upon entry to the front desk or cashier.

Parking Fee：Free for the first 3 hours, JPY500 per additioanl hour

 

■Guests using the parking lot other than the above:
Please present the parking ticket issued upon entry at the front desk to pay for your parking fee.

Parking Fee：JPY500 per hour
