Terms and conditions
- One child aged 12 or younger can stay free of charge (sharing existing bedding) per one paying adult.
- Beds/futons will be provided according to the number of adults.
- Children aged 13 or older will be counted as adults.
- Please make your reservation for the number of adults and include the number and ages of children (12 years or younger) sharing beds in the comments section.
- Please present proof of your child’s age at check-in.
- For bookings of two or more rooms, at least one adult must stay in each room.
- If you require an extra bed, please contact us at least three days prior to arrival.
Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate your request.
When available, an additional fee of 4,400 JPY (excluding tax) per room per night will be charged and must be paid at check-in. - Bed guards for children can be provided upon request.

- ・More than 8 days prior to arrival day - No cancellation charge
- ・4-7 days prior to arrival day - 20 % of total room nights
- ・1-3 days prior to arrival day - 50% of total room nights
- ・Arrival day or No show - 100% of total room nights
