- Full prepayment is required upon confirmation of booking.
- Each stay must fulfil a minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights.
- * Additional Housekeeping service will be charged at S$30++ per session.
- One room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 kid, and two connecting rooms can fit a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids.
- Rates are for rooms only and include housekeeping service once a week.
- Booking, once confirmed, is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be cancelled.
- A maximum of one (1) time modification of stay date is allowed at least three days prior to the arrival date.
- Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, partnerships and existing room reservations.
- Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
- Rates are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes and are based on availability at the time of booking.
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and privileges without prior notice.
- In case of activation of the hotel for Government duty or any Singapore government-led activation, the rooms, and related services, may be cancelled, transferred to another hotel based on availability, or postponed to a future date with short notice.
