Our Promise

Park Hotel Group’s Best Rate Guarantee is not valid for the following: 

• Rates that require email ID to login or applied credit card discount code and/or promo discount code at any stage of bookings. 

• Best Rate Guarantee is not valid for a lower price found on any one of Park Hotel Group official channel-Park Rewards or Global Business Preferred. 

• Bookings that don't provide an immediate confirmation upon submitting the reservation request. 

• Rates that are available on daily deal sites Bookings made via reselling websites or cash back. 

• Websites or rates where the hotel’s brand and the specific hotel are not known until the booking is made, this includes opaque and auction sites. 

• Packaged rates that include taxes, service charges, meals (food and beverage), coupons and vouchers, parking, services or other amenities. 

• Any rate changes within the park hotel group website attributed to the time of booking. Rate may vary by time of booking.  

• Rates that have been negotiated by the hotel with corporations, membership rates, government rates, long stay rates or travel agency rates. (E.g. AAA, AARP, Industry Rates). In addition, it excludes rates offered to closed segment groups like members of our frequent guest program or direct and electronic mail solicitations. 

• Specific promotional offers granting an additional discount after the booking is made (i.e., promotional codes supplied further to the registration in a newsletter or an eDM). 

• Rates offered by third party agents on their Apps/Mobile platform; and rates offered by 3rd party agents for enrolled members. 

Terms and Conditions 

• The Best Rate Guarantee policy applies to all brands at Park Hotel Group including Grand Park, Park Hotel and Destination. 

• Submission of claim must be made within 24 hours of booking through ParkHotelGroup.com and at least 24 hours before the standard check-in time for the hotel or resort where you made the reservation. 

• For the purpose of the Best Rate Guarantee policy, a Competing Website is defined as a website other than ParkHotelGroup.com and authorised online travel partners. 

• Rooms and Rates on the Competing Website must be publicly available, viewable and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification. Competing Websites that require login, membership or affiliation details, or specific codes to view or book are not applicable. Park Hotel Group reserves the right to deny a claim if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Competing Rate at the time it processes the claim. 

• The Competing Rate must be for room-only without other components such as meals, transportation, tickets and coupons. 

• The Competing Rate must be for the same stay condition as the rate booked through ParkHotelGroup.com, including but not limiting to same hotel or resort, same room type, same number of guests, same stay dates, same length of stay, same guarantee and cancellation terms, and same amenities and services. 

• Park Hotel Group will convert the Competing Rate that is offered in a different currency than the rate made available through ParkHotelGroup.com into a common currency chosen by Park Hotel Group’s sole discretion. Park Hotel Group may deny the claims if it determines that the difference in rate is due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates and other factors beyond Park Hotel Group’s control. 

• Park Hotel Group may deny claims where the percentage difference between the rate booked on ParkHotelGroup.com and Competing Rate is less than one per cent. 

• Park Hotel Group will require at least two (2) business days to process your request upon receiving the claim form. 

• 15 per cent off will be awarded only to eligible claims on the room rate and is not valid for use on restaurant, room service and other charges billed to the room. It excludes taxes, gratuities, incidental expenses and any other fees or charges that may be incurred during the guest’s stay. 

• In the event that you wish to cancel the room booking made on ParkHotelGroup.com, you will remain bound by the terms and conditions stated on the website, including cancellation terms. 

• Park Hotel Group has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the Competing Rate is genuinely available and that the claim meets all terms and conditions. In case of dispute, Park Hotel Group’s decision is final. 

• This Best Rate Guarantee policy is subject to change or revocation at any time.
