Grand Park City Hall offers family friendly facilities and amenities. This includes shallow areas at the swimming pool, family suites, rooms with extra beds, kids menu at Tablescape Restaurant and more. Advance reservation may be required prior arrival to secure select services and amenities.

Yes, Grand Park City Hall provides handicap-friendly guest lifts alongside selected rooms with handicap-accessible washrooms. There is also a handicap and wheelchair-accessible washroom at the lobby.

The hotel enforces a No Party Policy to ensure maximum comfort for all our in-house guests. Any person found to be creating excessive noise and disturbance, having a party or exceeding the maximum allowable occupancy of the room will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Unregistered guests are not allowed in the room after 9PM.
