The Hotel offers luggage storage for guests staying with us.

There is a smoking area on the ground floor. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in the guest rooms or common areas. There is a ¥30,000 yen cleaning fee if you smoke in any of our guest rooms or suites.

For early check-in/late check-out, there will be an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour

No extra beds are available. However, the sofa bed in the Deluxe Twin room can be made as a third bed for triple guest room sharing.

The rooftop garden is only accessible to our Park Suite guests.

There is no parking facility at the Hotel property due to local regulations in Kyoto City. However, within a 3–5-minute walk from the Hotel, there are many private coin-operated parking lots available for long-term parking.

Three sets of coin-operated laundry and dryer machines on the 2nd Floor are available 24 hours a day. Dry cleaning and pressing services are available at the shop next door.

Room rates are all inclusive of service charge and consumption tax, except Kyoto City Local Accommodation Tax, which is ranges from 200 to 1,000 yen per night per person above the room rate.
