The resort is located a mere 20-minute ride away from the Velana International Airport, Male, in the North Male Atoll.

Grand Park Kodhipparu is home to 120 idyllic villas, out of which 102 are overwater villas and 18 are beach villas.

Yes. The resort is family-friendly with many amenities and activities for the kids such as a dedicated kids club, babysitting services, kiddies pool, and many more.

The standard check-in time is 14:00 hours & the check-out time is before 12:00 hours. Early Check-in and late check-out are provided based on availability.

Yes breakfast is included in the price, and it is served at "The Edge", the all-day dining restaurant overlooking the ocean.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all our guests in the villas as well as the public areas throughout their stay.

Yes. The resort has a fully owned water sports center offering various motorized & non-motorized watersports.

The guests are able to book the resort on Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board, and Kodhipparu Feast meal plans as per their travel requirements.
